New Year, New You
In the new year an event is being held that is designed to get the community in Rushcliffe motivated and back on track, and to start thinking differently about the huge range of health and fitness options available to them. It might be that they want to finally join a gym, swim the channel or simply want a new look for 2012, and New Year New You is the place to find out more and help start with a fresh approach.
The event takes place at the West Bridgford Community Hall, Church Drive, Nottingham and is on 14th & 15th January 2012 10am-4pm both days, and is free to attend.
Would you like information about services that you need to stay safe and independent in your home?
If you are aged 60 or over and live in the Rushcliffe Borough, First Contact Signposting Scheme can put you in touch with a range of agencies that provide that help - just by completing one simple checklist. There is no need to make numerous telephone calls and give the same information to lots of different people.
